GOOD NEWS
DURING CANADA POST STRIKE

To our subscribers: We are working to get the Good News to you during the postal strike.

If you have a Port Rowan post office box, your paper is in your Port Rowan PO box.

If you live in Long Point, Villages of Port Rowan, or Duck’s Landing, your paper has been delivered to your door. 

If you have a rural Port Rowan address, we are making efforts to deliver the paper to you. 

All undelivered subscriber papers will be mailed to subscribers when postal service resumes.

We have also created a number of options for you to continue to receive the Good News newspaper during a postal strike.

1. Click the red button at top of the page for a free download during postal strike.

2. Purchase a Good News at a retail store in Port Rowan, St. Williams, Walsingham, Langton or Simcoe.
Keep your receipt and we will refund the cost of the paper at full value on your subscription renewal in 2025.

  • Stores selling the Good News in Port Rowan: Wiggans, Pharmasave, Esso, Port Rowan Variety Stop.
  • Other stores selling the Good News:
    • ST. WILLIAMS: Lily Mart, Shell Gas Station (at Forestry Farm Road).
    • WALSINGHAM: Walsingham Food Mart (formerly Busy Bee).
    • LANGTON: Langton Clover Farm.
    • SIMCOE: Roulston’s downtown & Wellness Centre, Superstore, Sobey’s.

 

3. Email prgn@live.ca and we will send you an email with the current issue.

4. If none of these options work for you, please call us at 519-586-2291 to make other arrangements during the postal disruption.

All undelivered print editions will be mailed to subscribers when postal service resumes.
